Registration for on-campus (dorm style) housing is now available. For four nights lodging (June 25 – June 29), the price is $200.13/person (double occupancy) or $224.79 (single occupancy). The price includes dinner in the Segundo Dining Commons and linens (2 sheets, 2 towels, 1 washcloth, pillow, pillowcase, blanket, and mattress pad (no bedspread)). If you wish, it is also possible to extend your stay into June 30th-prices vary depending on occupancy.
Guests electing to purchase a double occupancy room package will have an opportunity to identify a roommate. All roommate requests must be mutually requested (i.e. both guests must identify the other).

Housing Cancellation Policies
Cancellation requests for conference registration fees Refund less a $40 processing fee will be issued for requests received in writing no later than June 12, 2017. Cancellation requests received as of June 13 will not be refunded.
Cancellation requests for campus housing fees Refund less a $10 processing fee will be issued for requests received in writing no later than May 23, 2017. NO refunds for campus housing registration fees will be issued after this date.

Additional Information and Housing Policies
The Safe Rides service is available to anyone who prefers an alternative to walking alone or in a small group at night. Parking on Campus
Parking permits are $9 per vehicle per day during the week (free on Sunday). People can purchase their own permits in a visitor parking (“VP”) parking lot, which can be found on the Parking Map.
